Dairy Farm and Cheese Factory Software in Syria
Syria's dairy and cheese industry rests on family farms and small factories working in hard conditions: price swings, and power and internet outages. Lebnara was built from inside a farm and cheese factory in Syria, to give the owner accurate numbers despite these conditions.
In Syrian pounds, tracking cost despite price swings
All invoices and reports are in Syrian pounds. Because milk and feed prices change fast, Lebnara saves the cost of every production batch with its date, so the cost of old batches stays correct even if prices change later.
It also shows a cost-per-kilo trend report across the months, so you know when to adjust your selling price.
Designed for an unstable internet connection
- Works on mobile and can be installed as an app (PWA) without an app store.
- At the POS, invoices are saved on the device when the internet drops and synced automatically when the connection returns.
- A clear alert when the connection is lost, so you do not think an action was saved when it was not.
- An automatic weekly backup sent to you by email, and an instant copy whenever you need.
From the farm to the shop in one account
- Farm: herd, milk, feed, vaccinations, calvings and worker payroll.
- Factory: production batches, raw materials and cost per kilo for every product.
- POS: invoices, customer debts and WhatsApp reminders.
