Inventory linked to production
Each product has a selling price, purchase cost, stock and minimum level. If you also have a factory or farm on Lebnara, sales and stock live in the same account, so you know the real profit from milk to invoice.
You can import your whole product list from a CSV file and export sales to CSV or PDF carrying the shop's logo.
Cashier shifts and cash drawer reconciliation
- Each cashier opens a shift with an opening drawer amount, and every invoice is linked to its shift automatically.
- On closing, the cashier counts the actual cash, and the software calculates the expected amount and the difference: matched, short or over.
- The shift summary separates cash, card and credit sales and the number of invoices.
- A full shift log for the owner; an employee sees only their own shifts.
Permissions that protect your shop
