A complete record for every cow
Each cow is registered with an ear tag, breed and date of birth. Every cow has her own page showing her full history in order: insemination, pregnancy confirmation, calving, vaccinations, illnesses and any other event.
You can import the whole herd at once from a CSV file instead of typing cows one by one. Newborn calves are recorded and linked to their dams, with sex and weight.
Insemination, pregnancy and calving follow-up
When you record an insemination and then confirm pregnancy, the software suggests the expected calving date automatically (insemination date + 283 days), which you can adjust by hand.

Health and vaccinations
Record a vaccination for one cow or the whole herd at once, with the date given and the next dose due. An orange alert appears thirty days before the due date and a red one if it is missed. The software also lists the cows that are currently sick.
Milk production and sales
Record the litres of milk sold each day, the price per litre and the buyer. The software charts milk output and revenue and calculates the margin per litre (selling price versus cost).
Feed and feeding efficiency
Feed is usually the largest cost on a farm. Lebnara tracks the stock and unit cost of every feed item and alerts you when an item reaches the minimum level you set.
Key report indicators include feed cost per litre of milk and feed as a share of total cost. The software also forecasts when each item will run out based on actual consumption, so you order before it does.
Workers, payroll and expenses
- Record worker attendance daily and calculate monthly pay automatically from actual days worked.
